Join us for a five course wine pairing dinner designed by our outstanding Executive Chef, Tom French! Each course will be paired with a choice selected glass of Austrian wine, as well as a short conversation surrounding each pairing.

The Menu will be $150/person. Reservations require a deposit of $25/person to reserve the table. We will be having a limited number of seatings at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30.

Welcome 2025 in style at the Joshua Wilton House!
From 4:30 - 6:30 we’ll be offering a 4 course meal for $85 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Course 1: Cauliflower Bisque Topped with Seared Scallop, with pine nuts and truffle oil
Course 2: Joshua Wilton Salad
Course 3: Filet Oscar, with jumbo lump crab, Asparagus, potato puree and bernaise sauce
Course 4: Chocolate Orange Entremet
Our guests who enjoy a meal with us in the early evening will receive $45 off their tickets to the countdown!
From 9:00 to 1 am we’ll be counting down 2024 with bubbles from CrossKeys Vineyards, games, a photobooth, and more! For $95 per person, tickets include a glass of bubbles upon arrival, Chef Tom’s luxurious (and we do mean luxurious … he’s going all out ) hors d’oeuvres all night long, the countdown and bubble toast at midnight, and more!
Come celebrate your favorite Duke’s winter graduation with a 3-course meal for $65 per person! We will be requiring a $25 deposit for this special day to preserve reservations.
